The Challenge
A chimney stack had deteriorated badly with loose bricks, failed pointing, and corroded flashings causing ongoing water ingress into the bedroom below. The chimney was at risk of collapse.
Our Solution
We scaffolded the chimney, took it down to sound brickwork, and rebuilt using reclaimed matching bricks. New lead flashings and soakers were installed with proper stepped details to the slate roof.
